Summer Luvin’ martini recipe: Mark Harrison of Nage in Rehoboth Beach talks wedding cocktails
’Tinis With a Twist
“This martini is a customer favorite for good reason,” says Mark Harrison, general manager at Nage in Rehoboth Beach. “It looks great when it is put in front of you and it is known to go down quickly.”
Summer Luvin’
1 oz. white cranberry juice
½ oz. sweetened lime juice
1 ½ oz. raspberry vodka
¾ oz. triple sec
Put into shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass (should be clear). Next, very gently pour ½ oz. of Chambord down the side of the martini glass so that it settles on the bottom. Garnish with a lemon twist.
(This drink is also called Winter’s Kiss and Spring Fling during other seasons.)
